Wanganui Supply and Agency Company; v. Horace Dudding, £19 15s, costs £2 0s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. J. J. Buckrell v. T. O'Sullivan, £12 5s 2d ; defendant, by consent, agreed to pay amount by instalments of £1 per month. Jane Harle v. R. Wainwright Bradlee. £28 18s and 13s; ordere.l to pay £19 16s 3d within 14 days, in default v>~e month's imprisonment. DEFENDED CASES. Isaac Fisk (Mr Lloyd) v Wanganui Settlors' River S.S. Company (Mr Mackay), claim £3110s; judgment for £9, costs £1 16s; execution stayed tilL noon on August 19th. G. D. Jones and Co. (Mr Treadwell) y. R. H. Pierpont (Mr Corry), £5; judgment for amount claimed, with costs £1 7s. Tn this case the defence was that a suit ordered to be finished by the 25th of July was not completed up to time, and the defendant therefore refused delivery. The plaintiff and his cutter gave evidence that the suit .was finished as ordered. The Magistrate held that the plaintiff had completed hifj contract, iind gave judgment accordingly. In the defended case Marshall {Mr Gordon) v. Freeman (Mr Treadwell), claim £5. value of a collio pup, defendant agreed to return the pup. He was ordered to pay 15a costs.
