SAD FATAL ACCIDENT.
Pep Press Association, AUCKLAND, December 3. On December 1, as Arthur Bayer was riding, home, his horse gob beyond his control and, in sight of his father, threw him on to sonte broken gum on the ground, causing concussion of the brain and injuring his spine. The young man lingered till Monday night, when be passed away without having been able, to speak a word.
