Mr. Justice Stephen held that a Siu*..Court had no jurisdiction. Justices Own and Simpson, on the other hand, held that the State law appertaining to Federal territory remained in force till specially superseded by Federal enactments.
On the strength of this decision, accused was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment.
