The urm have .some choice residences and good building sections in and near town for sale, also a long list of sheep and dairy farms for sale and lease in all parts of. the district, and invite those interested to com-' municait'e with them for any information required. We have been requested to state lihat another four cases of new boots and shoes, ex s.s. Mamiroa, has just been opened up at Hannah's; and are to be offered at sale prices. Ladies' white kid shoes and fancy slippers, etc., gents' court shoes, boots, and slippers, all at bargain prices. The phenomenal success connected with the flotation of the People's Terminating Building Society is demonstrated by the fact that the whole capital of the first issue has been taken up, with practically no canvassing, in only five days. The secretary (Mr Richard" Baddeley) announces this morning that he has been requested to make a second issue, and he is now inviting applications for the same.
