ROME, August 15. Signor Crispi was accorded a national funeral. -

It was a /splendid spectacle t evoking Garibaldian and later memories.

The Kaiser was represented by HerrVon Bulow, and sent a striking message to the widow. He eulogised the glorious husband, eminent statesman, and self-sacrific-ing patriot. PARIS, August 15. French newspapers rejoiced at Crispi's death, describing him as an unscrupulous adventurer.
