A wedding of considerable interest was celebrated at St. John's Church, Matarawa, on Thursday, when Mr Frederick H. Dymosk, eldest son of Mr H. E. Cowx conducted the ceremony, and was assisted by the Rev. R. Hermon. The bride, who was given a.way by her father, wore a handsome white silk, trimmed with white laco and pearl passementerie. She also wore the orthodox wreath and veil. The' bridesmiads were the Misses Sommerville and Dymock, who wore pale blue dresses with white trimmings, and black hats, and Miss Sybil Dymock, who wore a cream frock and hat to "match. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a, gold cable bracelet, and to the bridesmaids gold broqehes. Mr Cyril Dymock acted as best man, and Captain Sommerville as groomsman. At the conclusion of the ceremony the wedding guests were entertained at the residence of the bride's parents, where tho health of the newly-wedded pair, proposed by Mr A. Higgie, was heartily toasted. The presents were numerous and valuable, testifying to the popularity and esteem in which the young couple are held. We join with their many friends in extending our heartiest congratulations to them.
