TECNICAL EDUCATION.

To the Editor.

Sir,—Whilst thanking you for the excellent summary of my paper in this morning s issue of the Wanga, nui Chronicle, I stould be glad if you will allow me to emphasize the fact that a- considerable part 01 what I wrote was founded on Mr Arthur D. Biley's Technical Education rePort. I should like it to be known as widely a 9 possible that Mr Biley's report is an intensity interesting publication: indeed xf our young people enjoyed the benelits that they might if the various suggestions contained in it were carried out there would not. for the present, be much lacking that would help to make them well instructed men and women, useful members ct this community.—l am, etc.,

LOUISA BLAKE
