Tho management cominitte3 of the Educational. Institute passed a resolution that pending the introduction of a colonial scale of salaries for teachers the Minister of Education be requested to allow the Otago Education Board to distribute the amount allocated to Otago under the Public School Teachers' Salaries Bill. It was decided to request the Education Board, in the event of their, receiving a grant, to allocate it on * graduated percentage basis.
