Mr H. M. Gutenby, chairman of directors, presided, and Messrs. John Thorp and It. Baddelcy were appointed .scrutineers. Tho ballot wib drawn by Master James Thorp, the smccessful number being 847, owned by Mr John Nixon, carter, Wangiuiui.
