LONDON, March 14. Kruger, Leyds and other Boer envoys conferred at Utrecht. » '-. Some news has much upset Krugei*. The British Cabinet was suddenly convened yesterday, and it is believed discussed the question of Botha's surrender. An announcement with reference to the matter is expected to-day. Great quantities of food are being forwarded via Delagoa Bay to Pretoria, it is believed for the Boers who surrender.
