LONDON, March 13. In the course of his address at the Associated Chambers of Commerce banquet, Lord Salisbury said he considered the dangera of foreign competition veiy hypothetical.
Mr Gerald Balfour was less optimistic, and expressed wonder at the advance of commercial activity in Germany and America.
