The Daily Express states that Lord Kitchener has allowed Botha facilities to com1 muhicate with Kruger. He informed Ifce fix-President that there was a, desire for peace on all sides.
Kruger1 has communicated with the Czar, urging him to use his efforts to obtain an application on the Hague Peucs Convention principles. Russia reminded Kruger that he commenced the war.
