BROTHER KILTAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST WYBERTUS. NELSON, September 21. In tlio Stoke Industrial .School charges, Brother Kilian, charged with assaulting tha boy Davis by striking him in the eye, was committed ' for trial. Bail was allowed, himself in £50 and two sureties of £25. The sureties were foithcoming. Brother Wybertus was charged committing indecency in respect to a boy. The charge was laid under the Criminal Code Act. The Court was cleared, and the evi-. deuce was unfit for publication. Two lads corroborated to tlie extent that there was nn opportunity for the offence. B;iil nas allowed, accused in £100 and one surety of pen Dmins; the proceedings Brother Wybertus received information of the death of his lather in Belgium.
