In addition, a hornpipe was vt-ry creditably executed by Private J Braid, who had to respond to a pionounceu cr.core. , , We are asked to state that the bmar in connection with "The Birth of the Empire" will be kept open to-morrow and Saturday afternoons, from 2 o'clock to 5 p.m., for the convenience of country friends. Admission is free ooth afternoons. Afterr.oon tea can be procured on Saturday afterl.oon in the hall. We are iuvther asked to mention that a large number of articles was found in the hall last night, inc'uding n ladieß* silver watch chain, caps, umbrellas, and fur boas; the owners can have the samo by applying to the hon secretary at the Drill Hall to-night. The Drill Hall was packed yesterday af temooh, when a matinee was given. 1 addition to the various evolutions, a ic was danced splendidly by the M'ssesi Mm ray and Stuart and Messrs J. and W. r. Stuart, to the piping of Mr McTavish. The orchestra was much better, being augmented by more instruments.
