SINS OF SEDDONISM.

To The _dir, Sir, — The following are some- of the reasons why I vote against Mr Seddon : — He obtained succession to the late Hon. John Ballance with a falsehood. Witness, Mrs Ballance. Since he has been in power Wanganui has suffered severely in the way of Pubjc Works beating, all p/i-evious.
