MR SEDDON CONTRADICTED.
With reference to Mr Seddon _ statement on Monday that "he understood" that MiHutchison had suggested the motion made at Mr Seddon's meeting u t Eltham "that the Premier be not heard," we are authorised by Mv Hutchison to give the statement the most unqualified denial. Mr flntchison has invariably urged bis friends tlH•o*i#^lo^t• , the electorate to give Mr Seddon the fullest- opportunity ofbeing heard .and of having any s.ort'bf resolution he desired carried without objection. ' Hutchison assures us he has always experienced tho best effects from Mr Seddon's attentions. His majorities have "always been larger every time Mr Seddon has sought to interfere in his electorate.
