BOERS LOOTING NATAL.
BRITISH DEFEAT THE ENEMY IN .NORTHERN CAPE COLONY. . DURBAN, November 21. . A force of 1700 Boers is looting south of Estcourt, and 6000 are foraging toward* Greytown, south-west of Estcourt. General White reports that the Ladysmith garrison bas a plentiful supply of ammunition. The Boer trenches before the town have been turned into a quagmire by the heavy rains. CAPETOWN, November 21. In a sharp fight at Kulumouse, North-rn Cape Colony, the Boers suffered badly. Lieut. -Colonel Byron and Captain SeM-* I beim, of Queensland, special officers, havo been attached to the staff of General Lord Methuen, . who is marching to the relief of Kimberley. The enemy occupied Campbelltown, :.rA. proclaimed the annexation of Griqaata id, with the exception of Kimberley and Mafeking.
