TO THK EDITOB. Sib, — If you please sir, I want your adivce. I am nobody in particular, .but I belong to one or .two public bodies. How that happens to Tie so I don't know, bht seeing that I am on them I reckon that I ought to boss the lot. No one has ever accused me of having anything great in me way 'of brains, at least no one has ever dared to tell me such a thing to my a thing like that about me behind my back. Anyhow I'm not going to have any little man pointing his finger at me. That's the trouble. There's a bloke, I mean a gentleman — I make a rule not to use slang if I can help it, but sometimes I can't — who points his linger at mo, and I f want to ask you how I can stop him. I wouldn't mind if he'd only "be rude to me with his eyes," but I am not going to stand his finger. Have I any remedy? — I am, etc., I'LL SHIFT YOUR EAR.
