Bertullus demanded .to be confronted with Roget, saying he was confident he could confound his caluminator. Major Hartmann, specialist, deposed that information contained in the bordereau was widely known to officers. Received April 9, 5 p.m. PARIS, April 8. The Figaro's publication shows that Esterhazy was present at the trial of. the gun mentioned in the Bordereau. Major Hartman, the specialist, considers the Bordereau did not implicate Dreyfus?
