Ths Chief Justice has deoided that Kangarotta, Kanguratti, etc, aio corruptions ol the word Kangaroo. „ 2 the word Kangaroo is common property, and as such may bo nsed by anyone. 3. Tho word Kangaroo not being registrable, therefore the word Kangaretto oann.t oe K 4* 3 Our brand "Angaretto" is an invented word, and cau bo registered,, but if other firms use the words Kangarotte- Kangaratt.i, eto., there would be confusion, and tne pubic would be deceived, the wotds being of a s'.ratlar sound. 5. i-onio tradors and manufacturers have usod the brands Kangaratta, or Kangarette to boots aud shoas NOT made of eithor K'iugaroo or Wallaby skins. 6.
