WANGANUI FOOTBALL CLUB.
qrTha annual general meeting of the above o'ubwas held at Chavannes' Hotel on Saturday night. There waa a large attendance of members, and the following officers were elected :— President, His Worship the Mayor (A Hatrick Esq.) ; captain, Gny Johnston ; vice-aaptain, E. J. Le Cren ; hon secretary and treasurer, H. F, Tilley ; committee. L, Sigley, J. Bruce, N. Blackmore, B. Calendar and J. Sims ; seleotion committee, G. Johnston, E. J. Le Cren, L. Sigley; delegates, G. Johnston, E. J. Le Cren and H. Tilley; auditor, N. Blaokmore. The fol. lowing new members ware elected: — E. Lusk, Solomon, 0. Sigley, L. Wright, T. D'Arcy, H. Harris, Coe, J. Shaw, Dixon, J. MoVicVevß. It was proposed to hold a practice match next Saturday, when it is hoped that tbe members will roll up in full force at a p.w. _.
