The Evening Post publishes » special article by one of its ttr«£f, who has been inspeoting the Mount View Asylum, from which it appears the institution is greatly over-crowded. There is only accommodation for 227 patients, wbereas 323 ara crammed into it. Of these about 70 ars simply helpless old people who, it is alleged, have no right to bo in the p^ce stall.
