I think it only fair to those who aie interesting themsolves in the matter to 'say that, after carof nl consideration, I have fiuully decided not to do so. It is unnecessary for me to explain the reasons that have guided my decision : at tbe sime time 1 cannot refrain from heartily thanking those electors who think ma worthy to represent Wanganui in the House of Representatives, an honour any ono would be justly proud lof — I am, Ac, Frebman B.
