Du'jbbin, February 13. Ihe twelfth annual meeting of the Council of tho Congregational Ciraroh Union was held to-day, the E 9V . B. G. Thomas presiding. A large number of ministers and nV.ogateß were preeeufc Eer. H. ft. Millar was elected Minute Secretary, Pastors sefctkd since hat Council meeting and ministers withon. pastoral chargo were associated with the Council. Tin Secrotory'a report recounting thfl charges of the year was adopted. A motion was carried regretting that L. Bailey has found' it necessary to resign the Ee:rdtsryship, and expressing appre? eiatioa of past servioes.
