The undersigned invites tenders for the purchase of his Properties, consisting of two Farms, situated on Block IX., Momohaki. No. 1.— 254 Acres, with substantial 4-roomed Dwelling, and all necessary conveniences, orchard, &c. No. 2.— 197 Acres, nearly all in grass, mostly level land, fenced and subdivided. Separate tenders will be received up to April 26th, 1894, and may be for cash, or half cash, and nalance secured. Each tender must be accompanied by a deposit of 6 per cent, on the total value; unaccepted deposits to be returned. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. These Farms are beautifully situated on the Momohaki Block, being about five miles from Waitotara, and convenient to the Moraohaki School. The land is well watered, and the soil of splendid quality.
