Any owner failing to declare his colours at time of entry will bo lined 2 soys., unless the eolouiH of the owner of tho horse are duly registered. All entries can bo made on the Club's printed forms of entry, and must bo sent to the Secretary of the Wanganui Jockey Club, Wangnnni, from whom entry forms can be obtained. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possiblo opportunity. All horses must bo lidden in colours. Auy jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 2 soys. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be declared on entry day, and worn. Any person neglecting this rule to be lined '2 soya.
