Lovd'jn, May 31. Mr Gladstone said it was idle to Drohibit an Irish Parliament passing any resolution it pleaded as there was no executive power to restrain it from doing ao. Mr Balfour claimed that the admission demolished the Home Rule Bill.
Mr Morley, Secretary for Ireland, explained that tlio lowering of the Union Jack at Londonderry was due to one policeman's mistake.
