(Pur Pbess Association.) Dunedin, May 31. For the coursing mooting 1G nominations hare beeu received for tho Forbury Cup and 27 for the St. Lager Stakes. At the inquest on Hugh Goodlet, who was killed at Loith Valley by a rotten tree falling on him while driving bullocks through the bush, a verdict of accidental death was returned.
At the Supreme Court to-day, in re William Henderson, of Gore, solicitor, Mr Justice Ward made an order that rule nisi was reserved for tho Appeal Court, Henderson to bo suspended from acting as barristoror solicitor tili tho rule is decided.
