Sydney, August The Board of Health has resumed issuing clean bills of health to sea going vessels. .; Intelligence from the Caroline Islands states that the Spanish troops have suffered heavy reverses at the hands of the natives. An attempt to land parties from four gunboats at Ponape was unsuccessful, the movement being attended with great loss of life. It is stated that the missionaries are largely to blame for the disaffection" with-the natives;
