I (Peb Press AsaoctATiON.) Dunkdin, August 8. the Bankruptcy Sitting of the Supreme Court, Justice Williams reserved his decision in the matter of the creditors' petition to have T. Kennedy Wylie, the co-respondent in the recent divorce case, declared bankrupt. The Jutland .Flat Company reports tho return of 28oz 15dwt gold, and the Six Mile Beach Company 420z 17diVt amalgam. Four of the City Councillors are likely to contest the Mayoralty this year, and the. present Mayor will probably seek a second term. Councillors Hardy and Cohen again come forward and will bo opposed by Councillors Haynes and Tpom.ay.
