JACKSON & CO. have X? received instructions from Messrs , Joseph Moore and Co., to sell by auction as above, their valuable property known as THE SEA VIEW ESTATE Containing 3326 ACEES FREEHOLD LAND. The property is situated about one mile from the sea, and six from the town ot Wanganui, it is divided into eight wellwatered paddocks, a large proportion being laid- down with English grasses, the lest covered with Natn c grass. About one half of the estate is level, good arable hind,' and the balance rolling sheep country, and winter: at present SOCffsheep and 300 head of cattle. A portion of the land fronts the Pouri Lake, a large sheet of ornamental water. The homestead consists of dwelling house, woolshed, stable, yards, orchard, &'i. The purchaser can take the stock, viz. — 5000 head of well-bred sheep, 300 hoad of quiet cattle, and 8 farm horses at valuation if desired.
