At the anniversary meeting of the Clifton Blue Bibbon and Band of Hope Union, at Bulls, prizes to the value of about £5, in the shape of books and pictures, were presented to those who were successful at the recent competition. A special prize of an illuminated pledge in a large frame for the boy who attained the highest number of marks was awarded to Master Win. Thomson,
