RULES AND REGULATIONS. All Nominations, Weights, Acceptances and Entries will close at tho Secretary's Office at 9 p.m., except where otherwise specified. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Wanganui, ENTRANCE MONEY ENCLOSED, with name, oge at time of entry, pedigree, and in the case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. When two or moro horses start, the proporty of one owner, a distinguishing colour must bo worn. All entries should be inado on the Club's printed forms of entry, which may be obtained at the office of tho Secretary. All races to be run under tho Wariganui Jockey Club Rules.
