MR 'CHAMBERLAIN DENOUNCES PARNELL. (Special to Pbess Association.) London, February 23. Mr Chamberlain .in the coarse of a- speech denounced Mr Parnell as untruthful and untrustworthy. It was impossible, he said, to rely on. the assurance of the Irish leader. , . V Mr Parnell received an enthusiastic -welcome at Roscommon. He said that Mr O'Brien and himself had done everything possible to prevent strife. A meeting at Carrick ; was violently dispersed by Parnellites.
