ASSESSMENT COURT.

(Before H. W. Brabant, Esq., 8.M.) Tuesday, November 24th, [ Air Jamo3 Purnell appeared for the ! Borough Council ; also as valuer. The first objection was from Mr J. E. t Nathan, part section 67 in "Wicksteed Place. Mr Purnell agreed i to reduce his valuation to £18. Section 367, section and house in Vici tovia Avenue, owned by W. J. Tingey. The value of £20 was considered exces- . five, and was eventually reduced by the . Court to £16. J. Pickup objected to the value of a house in Niblett-street. He considered £12 too high. Mr Purnell agreed to reduce it to £10.
