Horses qualified torunatthis'meeting are those which have never won an advertised race (hack and hunters' races excepted), and are not nominated for any advertised race of over 40 soys at date of meeting, or have been nominated for such race six months ptevious to meeting. Horses qualified to run in District Races must be owned by persons residing between the Wpnganui and Manawatu rivers, and must have been in such district three months prior to the date of meeting. R.
