It is reported that the Duke of Cumberland and the Emperor William have reconciled their differences on the question of the Hanoverian claims, which, it is understood, have now been renounced. It is believed nt Lloyds that the vessel met with by the Dumbarton Castle in a sinking condition, is not an emigrant ship, but probably a coolie vessel or Homeward bound trader. Consols, 100 J.
