(Received June 28, 10.50 p.m. Berlin, June 28. The Czar has written a warm letter to the Emperor expressive of thorough personal friendship. It is stated that the Emperor will proceed in the Royal Yacht to St. , Petersburg about the middle of July, where he will be entertained by the Czar, and \ great fetes will be held in honour of his visit.
