A circular has been issued by the Executive Commissioners of the Indian and Colonial Exhibition, inviting the opening of subscription lists throughout India and the colonies, with a view to the presentation of a testimonial to the Prince of "Wales in recognition of the action of his Highness in connection with the Exhibition, (8*&OIA£ 10 FBBSB ASSOCIATION.) London 1 , June 19. The committee appointed to arrange dotails in Gouh'ictiou with the preson* tation of a piece of plate to the Prince of Wales, includes Lord Bosebery, the Lord Mayor of London, the Karl of Carnarvon, Earl Granville, Sir Michael Hioks-Beach, and the agents-General of the colonies.
