At the Police Court tosday a baker named Kenneth McKinnon was sen* tenced to two months' hard labour for having, while drunk, assaulted an old gentleman at the railway station. Thos. Speuco, aged 18 years, was committed for trial for a criminal assault on Olara Butler, a girl 11 years and; four months old* *
