Ne entry shall be recieved for any race except on these conditions : " That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority af the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint." Their derision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final.— 2. Ail entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Sec, Waverley, entrance money enolosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of Handicaps, the performances of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider. —3 Any fockffp riding except in tho colours entered will bi fined 2 soys.— 4 When two or more ixon s start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn, — 5. All races to be run under the W.J.O. Rules. —6. Horses walking over will only reoieve half the stakes.™ 7.
