No entry shall be recieved for any race except on these conditions : " That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint." Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. --2. All •ntries to be Bealed and addressed to the Hon. Sec, Waverley, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in ease of Handicaps, the performances of the horse, name of the owner and colours of the rider.— 3 Any Eockey riding except in tho colours entered will be fined 2 soya.— 4 When two or more norses start, the property of tho same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn, — 5. All races to be run under the W.J.C Rules. —6. Horses walking over will only reoieve half the stakes.— 7. No Qualification fee.— In all races the second horse only saves is stakes where it is specially mentioned. NEW RULES. 9.
