No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition: That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Theii decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon. Secretary, Waverley, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of owner, and colours of the rider. Any jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start, thproperty of the same owner, a distiii'guiauiuu colour must be worn. In all weight for age races the new weight- for age male will bo adhered to. All persons intending to withdraw horses ;ire requested to give notn c to that. ..■licet to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine o! 5 soys to the race fund. All races to be run under the W.J. C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half tho stakes. Qualification fee for non-members, 1 soy. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it is especially stated that he does so. No entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
