PARIS.

July 19, Telegrams have been received here to-day from Tunis, reporting that notwithstanding the success of the French troops at Sfax, the insurgents, encouraged by the inactivity recently manifested by the Tunisian forces, are daily increasing in boldness, and that they are raiding the country in all directions. To-day bodies of armed and mounted Arabs approached to within a short distance of the city in their predatory excursions, and news to hand from tho outlying districts reports that the revolt is still spreading, and that the Arabs are rising to arms in large numbers.
