Juno 14. : Confirmatory information has been received that the Indian Government ' offered the Ameersliip of Afghan to 1 Abdul Rahman, whose reply is awaited. It is said that he hesitates, in con- ; sequence of the cuinpulsory retirement of the hostile tribes. Should Abdul Rahman decline the Ameership, it is j possible- it may be offered to Yakoob 1 Ehan.
