AUCKLAND.
June 14. . Two men, named Welch and Francis, were charged at the R.M. Court with uttering a false deed, purporting to convey over fonr acres of land at Mahurangi. The Inspector said the land belonged to a man named Moore, deceased. The prisoners were remanded.
