Had a favorable passage. She leaves to-day for Wellington. Tho p.s. Alanawatu left Wellington at 10.15 a.m. on Sunday. Had light northerly winds until arrival off Terawiti at 1 p.m. ; the wind then euddonly shifted to S.W., blowing hard, aud accompanied by heavy rain. Passed close to a very large waterspout making to tho North. The wind being fair, came on under sail from Terawiti ; arrived off the bar at 4 a.m., crossed at 5.30, and made fast alongside the Corporation Wharf at 5.30 a.m. on Monday. She brings 50 tons general cargo for this port. . The 8.8. Clyde, Captain Bonner, left Patea ab 3.30 p.m. on Saturday ; arrived and crossed the bar at 7 p.m. same day, and made fust to 'he wharf at 7.30.
