NEW PLYMOUTH.

June 23. The Patea coach crossing the Harriet Beach yesterday afternoon got into, the quicksand, and the passengers had to camp iri the open air all last night. It was raining heavily, and the passengers were nearly perished with the cold. Mr Halcombe of Wellington, and Mr Roy of Wanganui, were amongst the passengers. Mr Roy went to Opunaki for help.
