Jhat if their sheep are not found clean, & branded according to regulation, at the inspections in March & April next; they will be fined in accordance with the Act of the Provincial Co uncil of Wellington Session 1. all persons having scabbed sheep are bereby informed that in case of infection being, communicated to other flocks, they are liable for damages in accordance with Section 14 of the same Act, which declares : 14.
