The following, Signal Flags -will be hoisted on the flagstaff adjoining the Rutland •Stockade, in case it be necessary for the Militia or Volunteers, or both forces, to parade without previous orders,—namely, for the Militia,, a red flag with a white ball hi centre; for the Volunteers, a red flag with a white cross. . • 4. When both flags are up, the whole force will assemble. ; 5.
